Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of kitchen and dining room, entrance hall, twin bedroom and separate bathroom, terrace area, garden and main entrance to house.


The kitchen and dining room are large and atmospheric traditional stone areas with polished stone floors and wooden beams creating a ‘konoba’ kitchen/dining area. This part of the house is always cool during warm summer months.
The fully equipped kitchen has solid oak wood finishes and granite counter tops, a cooker, grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is extensively equipped with utensils, pots pans, plates, cups, glasses as well as plastic wear for small children. Dining for 8 people. There are dining tables on the ground and first floors and a barbeque is available on the terrace.
The original stone mill and granite wheel of the house has been sensitively restored to create a central kitchen feature and decorative glass table area.
Both dining areas are equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs to relax after meals.
Adjacent to the kitchen, is a comfortable twin bedroom (with dual entrance to terrace) and bathroom (Toilet, shower and washing machine).
All the rooms on the ground floor lead directly to the tiled outdoor terrace and garden area which is enclosed by traditional stone walls.
The main entrance to the house is equipped with intercom. There is secure parking and safe children play area between the house and another exterior gate, beyond which lies the small traditional hamlet of Marovici.

First floor:

A large and bright living room with windows and glass external doors facing in a south-west aspect and wooden flooring throughout. The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and arm chairs, side tables and a second dining table and 8 chairs.
Through double doors at one end is a second and smaller studio room with sofa seating ( for 6 persons). One of the sofas also folds out into a comfortable double bed. Double glass doors lead through to a spacious terrace partially covered by a traditional roof canopy-with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and parts of the village.

Overall this floor has a bright and fresh feel from sunshine and the cool breezes. The windows are fitted with screens allowing you to get the maximum from the fresh air which keeping insects out.
The studio is smaller and a more intimate living room as well as a double bed room when required. There is ample table lighting throughout to create varying atmospheres and the room is decorated with Nepalese furniture and fittings.
Most of the days and evenings are spent outside on the terrace, enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside, the chatter of birds, the buzz if bees, villagers coming hither and thither and the occasional car. The terrace is ideal for reading, sleeping relaxing and there is plenty of garden furniture chairs and tables. Natural vegetation and bamboo screens create a pleasant private atmosphere.
Second floor:

The upper floor has two large en-suite bedrooms with large comfortable beds, ample storage and tastefully decorated with warm soft furnishings from Nepal.
Large traditional windows with double glassed windows, wooden shutters and insect repellent screens. Bedrooms have A/C. With screens windows can be left open in the evenings to allow evening breezes circulate throughout the upper floor. The bedrooms are finished to a good standard with high ceilings and wooden floors throughout. Well finished modern bathrooms have toilet, sink, shower (bath in master bedroom) and tiled throughout. Ample ceiling and table lighting and floor furnishings including shelving, chair,s chests and wardrobes.
The hallway has intercom to main exterior gate and stairway leads to lower floor level. Bedroom windows have views of surrounding verdant countryside, consisting of typical Mediterranean pine woods and olive groves.
